Well Health Hub provides educational health information and downloadable resources. This policy explains the information collected through the Fatigue Pattern Tracker page and how it is used.

When you request the tracker, we collect the information you submit, such as your email address. Our email service provider, Kit, may also process technical information needed to deliver messages, confirm subscriptions, prevent abuse, and measure basic email activity.

How information is used

We use submitted information to deliver the requested resource, send the disclosed educational welcome series, maintain subscription records, comply with law, and protect the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use service providers such as Kit for email subscription and delivery and Cloudflare for website delivery and security. They process information according to their terms and privacy practices.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe using the link in any email. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your subscription by replying to an email from Well Health Hub.

Health information

Do not submit private medical records or sensitive health details through the email form. The downloadable tracker is for your own use and is not transmitted to Well Health Hub unless you separately choose to send it.

Retention and security

We retain subscription information while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

This service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
